What is the Portfolio Masterclass and what topics are included?
The Portfolio Masterclass is designed to help UX professionals craft impactful, market-ready portfolios. The program covers four key areas: Market Readiness, Personal Branding, Portfolio Development, and Case Studies.
What are the main differences between the Condensed and Ongoing formats?
The primary differences are in time, workshops, and mentoring.
Condensed Format: This includes 4 hours of live instruction with Q&A, a 1-hour review of your portfolio and resume, and 1 hour of 1-on-1 coaching.
Ongoing Format: This features 12 hours of live instruction and workshops, spread over 4 weeks with 3 hours a week. It also includes an additional 30 minutes check-in and mentoring each week at your convenience, a 1-hour review of your portfolio and resume, and 1 hour of 1-on-1 coaching.
Is it okay if I don't have a portfolio yet?
Absolutely. I understand that some participants may not have a portfolio yet, especially in the Condensed format. If you haven't started your portfolio but want to join, I offer to review your resume and use the remaining time for a mentoring session.
I am just beginning in the UX industry, is this class for me?
Yes! The market is saturated with entry-level candidates due to the success of bootcamps. This Masterclass will equip you with the tools to stand out and shine in your job search.
I am a mid-level or senior in the UX industry, is this class for me?
Yes! The landscape of presenting work has evolved due to AI, market pressures, and industry changes. I will review effective strategies and provide tips to create a significant impact during the hiring process.

When does the class start?
The Ongoing Masterclass starts on Thursday, August 1st. The Condensed Masterclass will be held on Saturday, August 3rd.
At what time will the classes be held?
The tentative times are 6-9 PM EST for the Ongoing Masterclass, and 9 AM - 1 PM EST for the Condensed Masterclass. These times may be modulated to accomodate everyone's availability.
When will the hours be confirmed?
The dates will be confirmed via email and online by Monday, July 29th.
How do I know if I am correctly enrolled?
After clicking the "Enroll to this course" button, a confirmation message "You are enrolled" will be displayed, along with a receipt. You will also receive a PayPal email confirmation of your purchase. If you're unsure, please reach out via LinkedIn or email.
What if I am not available for the start date?
If you can't make the start date, please reach out via LinkedIn or email. I may be able to switch you to another cohort. If you cannot attend at all and have already paid, a full refund will be issued.

How to pay with a debit or credit card?
You can do so by clicking the PayPal button. It will open a popup where PayPal allows you to enter your card information.
Do you offer installments?
Yes, through the Pay Later feature, which allows payments in 4 installments or monthly, without a credit check (it won't appear on your credit report). More information here.
Do you have a refund policy?
Of course! If you cannot attend the class or experience any difficulties or dissatisfaction, I'll gladly refund your order.
